/ Lowe's / Homedepot / AliExpress / eBay / CDiscount / ManoMano and etc.) can enjoy a 365-day warranty service from the date of purchase. Besides, you will get FREE 2-year warranty in total if applied for another365-day extended warranty on our website www.hychika.com!

The specific terms are as follows:

Hychika will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse. For further detail of warranty coverage and warranty repair information, contact service@hychika.com.

This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This limited warranty is given in lieu of all others, including the implied warranty of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose, and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces.

In addition to the warranty, Hychika tools are covered by our:

365 Days Warranty – Hychika will maintain the tool and replace worn parts caused by normal use, for free, any time during the first year after purchase.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Hychika tool for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for a full refund – no questions asked.

Lifetime Customer Service - Hychika provides lifetime customer service for every customers, as long as you purchased our items, we offer you lifetime service.

365 Days Warranty Extended - HYCHIKA® can extend your warranty by an additional 365 days after receiving and approving your email application. We will fix your product for free either by sending you a free part or by replacing your whole unit for up to 365 days with the same or a comparable unit if it’s non-artificial damaged. 

*NOTE: Battery warranty voided if the battery pack is tampered with in any way. Hychika is not responsible for any injury caused by tampering.
